As you know Rick, the BBC's size is its strength and its weakness - fantastic local journalism on the ground to get these stories, and the best and biggest sports website in Europe to provide reach for those stories, and national ones too obviously. The trick will be to make sure stories can get from A to B in an organisation of that size. The good news, or bad news depending on your pov, is that we're better than we used to be at this, and will improve further. But a fair cop with this one, I guess!
